The ideal Ambulatory Associate candidate will have experience in sport horse practice and have licensure and accreditation to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. The position is open to foreign applicants who have completed The Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates® (ECFVG®) certification program. A Hospital and Team Providing Support & Mentorship

At Tryon Equine Hospital, our practice philosophy is to provide extraordinary patient care and client experience in a team approach. The Ambulatory Associate will complement a team of ten veterinarians, including three board-certified surgeons, one board-certified internal medicine clinician, experienced ambulatory associates, and two interns. Patient care is further supported by a team of 15 technicians and five administrative staff. We are committed to the latest technology and advanced patient care. Our 17,000 square-foot facility is a regional referral center, serving several surrounding states and our rapidly growing local performance horse population. Three equestrian show facilities are located within 15 minutes of the hospital, including Tryon International Equestrian Center. Tryon is a four-season equestrian community located in the foothills of North Carolina and is home to multiple equestrian disciplines.
